Balloons used for all creations are high quality and biodegradable products it would be on your end to take a good care of them and keep them indoors for long lasting, do not place them in a cold environment or near any sharp objects

If kept indoors balloons last for a few weeks ,they can even last for months as all of our balloon creations are air-filled only. 

Claudia's Art and Deco won't be liable for any balloons that have been picked up or delivered from any of our locations and are now in your possession.

Once the day of pick up arrives, we kindly ask to be punctual and arrive at the scheduled pick up time, as part of our care policy we would recommend to lower the back seats of your SUV for the decoration not to get damaged and to kindly take out of the vehicle any sharp object  for the balloons to arrive safely to your destination.

Claudia's Art and Deco won't be liable for any balloons once picked up from our location.

Foil balloons shrink with the cold and expand in the warm temperatures, do not leave balloon creations in the car or in a cold garage  keep the creations in a warm and consistent  environment .

A minimum order of $150 is required for any balloon delivery and installation, pick up is available at our location for small orders by appointment only
